Bonjour, I am writing on behalf of A.I.R. Vallauris (Artists in Residence), a non-profit residency program located in the historic town of Vallauris in the south of France, internationally known for its ceramic tradition. Since 2001, A.I.R. Vallauris has welcomed more than 500 international artists, offering accommodation and studio space where residents can meet local artists, research their practice and develop new work in a unique creative environment. Thanks to the European Union program Culture Moves Europe, artists legally residing in one of the 40 eligible countries (EU Member States and partner countries such as Norway, Iceland, Ukraine, and others) may apply for individual mobility funding to attend our 2026 residencies. The grant provides a daily allowance and travel support, which artists may use to cover residency costs and living expenses during their stay. The following sessions are eligible for funding: Standard Residency (daily allowance and travel expenses) • Session 5: September 1 – October 2, 2026 • Session 6: October 27 – November 27, 2026 Application deadline: March 31, 2026 We would be very grateful if you could share this opportunity with your members or network of ceramic artists who might be interested in applying.
