And it's a question we are facing every day for
Incident <-> Time management.
We use a global project called "support" where all time spent on
incidents is writen.
If you want a contract detail, you go to the contract, but if you want
the global time spent by the support team, you go the the "support"
project
for Incident <-> Project, we use other tools
