I'm using an Ubuntu Hardy system. I'm in need of some basic CRM functionality and when poking around in Synaptic I found OBM. I've installed it and think I have it running. I've logged in as "admin" and changed my password. I'll get to more later on that, but right now I have an issue where something in OBM is using a script at:

/usr/share/obm/www/cron/cron.php

and is complaining that it can't open an input file.

This is happening every minute and root is sending out an e-mail every minute complaining about it. That's a LOT of junk coming to my in-box.

I followed the Hardy install instructions on the OBM website. I installed Hardy from the "server" install, only picking openssh as an installed service. Then I simply ran
apt-get install obm

and everything else followed.

Am I missing something?

As for authentication, do I need to use LDAP? Everything is going to be local to just this host. I don't have an LDAP server in my environment. Is there a simpler default local authentication mechanism?

Thanks!

Russ

PS> Forgive the newbie questions, but the docs on the OBM website aren't much more than "here's how to install" and the mail archives aren't searchable.
