If i disable obm-ldap (obm-ldap=false), it means all data
(calendar, todo, contact) will be stored only in the mysql database??
We have an existing ldap containing many users.

[2]Do i need to copy data from the existing ldap to the mysql database ??

Hi,
If you are using OBM 2.3, you can simply use the "User profiles" module to set
the modules users can access.
See the screenshot in attachment for an example...
You should also disable all of this in the obm_conf.ini file :
obm-ldap=falseobm-mail=falseobm-samba=falseobm-web=falseobm-contact=false
