hi,
you can install just obm-ui on server to have calendar, in order to use your
user in OBM you can import user or use lemonldap to sync your user with your
ldap.
when you install obm, check that "obm-mail=false" to desactivate mailserver
feature, but each user can have mail address in obm to use reminder feature.
