Nous essayons de tester OBM version 2.3.18 pour résoudre les
problèmes d'organisation de réunion/notification ical/synchro TB.
Voici notre configuration actuelle :
Serveur : Debian + postgresSQL + LemonLDAP::ng + OBM 2.3.18
Client : WinXP + Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.9 + Lightning
1.0b2.03obm + OBM Connector 2.4.1.17
Nous utilisons uniquement la partie agenda d'OBM nous disposons d'une messagerie d'entreprise complétement disjointe. La base d'utilisateur est cependant la même par l'intermédiaire de notre LDAP interrogé par OBM via LemonLDAP.
Quand j'essaye de me connecter j'obtiens l'erreur suivante :
"Erreur d'authentification : mauvais login ou mot de passe"
Il va de soi que les identifiants/mdp sont corrects, ils passent
d'ailleurs sur l'interface web.
Pour essayer de trouver plus d'info, nous sommes passer en mode
debug pour les log je les joint à ce courriel. De la même façon nous
avons vérifié les log sur le serveur et rien de spécial n'apparait.
L'accès est bien loggué mais il n'y a pas de message d'erreur.
En relisant le log pour éliminer les mot de passe =-O , j'ai remarqué la ligne suivante : [DEBUG ] JS console: (Fri Apr 08 2011 13:06:13 GMT+0200) > [JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: [Exception... J'ai donc configurer un compte de messagerie et relancer un test de synchronisation d'où le second fichier de log ci-joint. Il apparaît alors un certain nombre de message faisant référence à notre serveur de messagerie et au non support de la RFC 5746. Doit-on comprendre que les évolutions pour résoudre les problèmes de prise en charge des notifications ical s'appuient sur la partie messagerie ? Cette hypothèse me parait invraisemblable, elle reviendrait à dire qu'il devient quasi impossible d'utiliser l'agenda sans les autres parties d'obm ce qui est notre cas et que de plus les améliorations sur la gestion des notifications restent inaccessibles à tous les utilisateurs se trouvant dans le même cas que nous. Dans ce cas y a-t-il un moyen de configurer OBM par rapport à notre solution de messagerie externe à OBM ?
Je préfére pensez que je suis sur une mauvaise piste et que les messages relatifs à la messagerie n'ont rien à voir. En revanche, je suis un peu à cours d'idée auriez-vous une meilleure piste expliquant l'échec de la connexion ?
