Ubuntu is not supported sorry.
The only libcyrus-imap-perl officially packaged for your version is
libcyrus-imap-perl24, see
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libcyrus-imap&searchon=names&suite=trusty§ion=all
You have to find a frontport of eitherlibcyrus-imap-perl22 or
libcyrus-imap-perl23 but we strongly suggest you
to switch to a Debian installation as you might encounter others issues
after this one.
