We're aware of this issue, it's
http://ci-obm.linagora.com/jira/browse/OBMFULL-6127.
To workaround this, simply remove the /libio-socket-ip-perl/ package
using /aptitude remove libio-socket-ip-perl/.
Please post back on the list if this fixes your issue.
