Hi, Answering my own question, and ask you for forgiveness cause we patched obm_index_init.py !! Recovering the initial version of obm_index_init.py makes reindexation process work !

Checking obm database, all contacts are linked to the real domain_id 2. There are more than 100000 records in Contact table, but only new created contacts are shown to users.
