Hi Benoit, There shouldn't be a problem with imap reading large mails and so roundcube shouldn't be in trouble if the mail has already been delivered to mailbox.
Having said that, It may be possible that some php parameter need to be raised. I'm thinking about php_memory_limit, but I'm not even sure. Could you please give us more details about the issue itself? Do you have any logs to share with us? make sure the log_errors php parameter is set to "On" in the OBM virtualhost file and check the logs/errors file in roundcube root dir. Regards.
