Ciputra Development (CTRA IJ) : $130mn rights issue plan:

 

5 new 8 0ld @500. 2 new shares will get 1 warrant (exercise price of Rp500, from 31 May 2007 to 29 Nov 2009 ). Trading ex right Nov 17, rights will be tradeable Dec 1-7, 2006 . Current mkt cap is US$300mn. Warrant will be 16% of total shares outstanding. CTRA is buying Indonesian assets from minority shareholders. The majority shareholder will be the standby buyer of the 60% of the issue.
