Indonesia’s Tridaya Seeks to Sell Stake in Elnusa, Dow Reports

April 15 (Bloomberg) -- PT Tridaya Esta is seeking to sell
its 37 percent stake in PT Elnusa for around 1 trillion rupiah
($93 million), Dow Jones reported today, citing a person
familiar with the plan.
Bidders include PT Pertamina, Indonesia’s state-run oil
company, Malaysia’s Petroliam Nasional Bhd. and Northstar
Pacific, the Indonesian affiliate of U.S. buyout company TPG,
the report said.
