Aneka Tambang will propose dividend payout ratio of 30%-40%, lower than expected. BRI’s AGM decided DPS of Rp175 (yield = 2.6%) while Charoen Pokphand will pay no dividend. Minister of Finance said that the state budget would be revised to reflect the latest developments. The current state budget assumes oil price of US$40-45/bbl while current oil price has surpassed US$60/bbl. Budget revision will be conducted in mid July. US stocks were down slightly due to profit taking on the banking stocks.
