komersil yg disetujuin dibayar cash oleh china petrol tu $ 400 Mn untuk
seluruh saham verenex yg aset vitalnya hanya area 47 (produksi Verenex
exisiting sangat kecil dr aset minyak di prancisnya, basically verenex = area
47) area 47, komposisinya 50 % medc, 50 % verenex (operator) market cap medc
kisaran $ 850 Mn. dengan bonus Existing Lifting yg cukup lumayan dan bbrp
prospek masa depan di portfolio aset medc. dekomposisi beli medc = $ 400 Mn
Area 47, $ 450 Mn sisanya existing production dengan capaian sekitar 50 MBOEPD
(ditambah blok A dan singa bisa 70-75 Mboepd) sama plant ethanol Lampung.
dengan bonus nya dapet prospek senoro dan sarulla yg jg lumayan sizeable
(tapinya molor dan rawan politis) china petrol bisa pertimbangin masuk ke medc
kalo harga saham medc anjlok lg di pasar dr harga skrg. cuman emang rada gak
mungkin beli dr market. paling nawar langsung block sale. ini saham makin turun
makin jadi target akuisisi potensial sebenernya. asetnya kelas internasional,
terutama libya 47 konon data IRR nya bisa nyampe 25 % hanya dalam 4 tahun
dengan ongkos lifting $3-$4an (onshore). jd ya emang sebenernya makin dalem
makin enak mungutnya. jangankan El yg raksasa lah, saya yg kecebong jg kalo ini
saham mo di amblesin dalem lagi jg berani ngadepin yg mo jual. ato mo ada yg
jual ke sayah? 2500 mungkin boleh jg? hehe.
