bet on blackEvent▪ We have upgraded our recommendation on Bumi Resources from
Neutral to Outperform and raised our price target from Rp2,450 to Rp3,000 on
the back of our 13–21% higher coal price assumptions (2010–12) as well as the
inclusion of Newmont's Batu Hijau acquisition recently. This drives our 82–176%
earnings upgrade for 2010–12. At our price target, the stock trades on 8.5x
2011E PER.
