Dihajar tuh maksudnya diturunin ke bawah?. ya gapapa toh, malah seneng ngisi barang di harga yang lebih baik. kalo perlu minta cash lagi. biar gak usah ikut lelang tanggal 9. turun gak perlu jual toh?. yang penting nanti akhirnya beat index jadi gak diomelin atasan, yang penting overall harga pokok perolehan portfolio saham, FCF Yield nya masih diatas Yield FR 51 yang sekarang cuman "8.5%". kalo turun lagi?. beli lagi lah. Deposito ada., bunga cuman berapa % sekarang deposito, SUN masih banyak, Obligasi Korporasi AA beli taon kemaren kuponnya masih dapet diayas 13.5%. sekarang mo 11.5% aja susah bener. Equity turun 10 % lagi dari sekarang aja udah kasih 9-10% FCF Yield. ya beli lagi lah. justru metode saya gak ribet dan canggih yang saya perhatikan cuman hal-hal simpel berikut ini ;
Free Cash Flow dari Saham yang saya beli di level sustainable-nya. Di Compare sama Yield Govt Bond, dan Yield Govt Bond ini diperhatikan sambil cek perubahan kurva, kurs tukar sama premi CDS. Kalo Sepengelihatan saya Yield tidak naik tajam, porsi kepemilikan asing tidak ada flight, kurs tidak drop signifikan, premi CDS tidak naik tajam. yaudah, FCF Yield makin gede, ya makin intres lah. lagian base value saya kan masih banyak di harga bawah, berubah arah dan angka variabel makronya berubah sehingga memaksa saya rubah asumsi ya tinggal jualan aja toh. yg penting kan masih lebar untungnya dari harga pokok.
