Belon pada keluar Full year result 2009nya Bang Ian. Nanti berkala
dishare proforma dan valuasi dr saham yg kebetulan ada di universe
coverage saya. Beberapa saham ada yg gampang dibuat proforma nya (bbrp
hari bisa jadi) dan bbrp ada bisa sampe mingguan yg (strukturnya
njelimet hingga bikin capek nge balance-in dan nentuin asumsinya.)
kebetulan sekalian ngupdate proforma yg lama dengan hasil laporan yg
baru keluar, untr, sama inco yg rups besok. (asii udah rilis tp
kemaren saya download dr idx file pdfnya corrupted dan gabisa dibuka).
Pride and Joy nya fundamentalis ada di proforma,valuasi dan
fundamental assesment perusahaan. Jeleknya mengerjakan semua ini butuh
atensi dan waktu yg relatif lama (bisa harian sampe mingguan) untuk
sampai pada hasil yg bukan 'garbage in - garbage out'. Nanti coba di
post tp maaf mungkin gak bisa semua saham yah.
