cuma Mincorp ini nasibnya sama spt ATPK: merugi dan right issue.
Mincorp juga punya investor malaysia, sbgmn ATPK punya malaysie.
lebih baik fokus ke analisa kepemilikan lahan barubaranya daripada
siapa investornya.

PT ATPK Resources Tbk announced that Mincorp Plc has bought 22.50
million shares, or equivalent to 5.5% equity stake in the Company.
The purchase was done in three separate blocks and the last block of
11,225,000 shares was bought at Rp 860 per share.

Mincorp says needs to raise funds to continue operating, acquire new
projects
LONDON (AFX) - Mincorp PLC said it needs to raise funds to
continue
operating and acquire new projects, as it reported a pretax loss
narrowed to
44,727 stg for the six months ended Nov 30 compared with 56,900 stg
last year.
Mincorp said it will therefore raise 1.75 mln stg by issuing 236
mln shares
of 0.001 pence each at an issue price of 0.0074 stg.
It added that it has appointed new directors who have "financial
connections". These are solicitor Michael Coleman, former Reserve
Bank of
Malaysia chief economist and assistant governor Jaafar bin Ahmad, and
Mohammad
Noordin bin Abdullah, currently executive director of the
Metropolitan and
Allied Bank of Ghana Ltd.
In November last year, Mincorp's auditors warned of uncertainty
over the
company's ability to continue as a going concern after it reported a
net cash
decrease of 331,024 stg during the year to May 31 2006.
