IQP, (10/7) - Rencana pembentukan perusahaan induk pertambangan

Resources Company--IRC) diperkirakan akan menimbulkan nilai tambah sebesar
US$8
miliar.Menneg BUMN Sofyan A. Djalil mengatakan selasa melalui penambahan
nilai
tambah ini, perusahaan induk pertambangan tersebut mempunyai kapasitas
berutang
sebesar US$10 miliar."Nantinya perusahaan ini akan sebesar ISP Bretton dan
akan
mampu menggelar akuisisi perusahaan pertambangan," ujarnya.Dia menuturkan
terdapat
empat perusahaan pertambangan yang telah dipastikan masuk dalam IRC, yaitu
PT
Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Tambang Timah Tbk,
dan
PT Freeport Indonesia.
