Net Gearing = total hutang dikurangi kas dibagi jumlah total (hutang dikurangi
kas + BookValue Equity), alias total hutang dikurangi kas dibagi total aset
DPS = Dividend per saham
NAVS = total aset dikurang total liabilities dibagi jumlah saham. NAVS mirip
book value of equity hanya kalo ada yg NAVs nya beda ama book value equitynya
biasanya krn metode pencatatannya (kalo di book value of equity mungkin pake
metode ekuitas sementara kalo NAVS pake nilai di pasar)
DER = Total hutang dibagi total nilai buku ekuitas
NPM = Net profit margin atau margin keuntungan bersih, persentasi laba bersih
dr penjualan.
perusahaan bagus secara relatif mungkin biasanya :
net gearingnya rendah, ato minimal dalam tren yg makin kecil di tahun berjalan.
DPS sih relatif tp makin besar dividend yield (rasio dividen thdp harga pasar)
biasanya indikasi saham makin "murah/wajar"
NAVS = Makin besar makin baik, rasio NAVS terhadap harga pasar, makin besar
makin baik.
DER = Makin kecil makin baik, yg konservatif biasanya ga mau lebih dari 1
NPM = makin besar makin baik.. nah khusus ini penting banget nih, saya biasanya
perhatiin bener nih NPM, misalkan revenue dy naik tp NPM turun, mesti diteliti
apakah penurunan NPM ini sifatnya bakal permanen apa engga. dan NPM ini jg
krusial bwt liat seberapa bagus manajemen menjalankan tugasnya untuk efisiensi.
