Ahhh -- I've already improved this error message, but I haven't released the
code yet. (No time) You could check out the source from CVS and you'll get
more features and a better error message for this.

The gist is that the deadair file specified in obs.conf does not exist.
Deadair.mp3 gets played whenever something goes haywire and the server
cannot determine which file to play next. Make sure that the file exisits
and try again.
