Gotcha. I didn't see it because I was using an older version of Obs.
Updating to the latest sources worked.
What is the TitleUrl field for?

In obs.conf TitlePort should be set to BroadcastPort + 2. For instance:
BroadcastPort: 4420
TitlePort: 4422
