Just installed 0.3.0pre2, and finally got it working.
Overall a cool product!
Here are my observations for what they are worth.
1) Initial build without shoutcast installed fails:
xmit/Makefile needs to exclude HTTPTransmitter.o if theres no libshout
Main.cpp needs more #ifdef HAVE_LIBSHOUT around some
HTTPTransmitter stuff.
2) Update of MySQL database fails adding column WholeAlbums
solution, log into database and grant alter privileges on obs to user obs
(seems not to be the default in my setup)
3) On admin web pages, access denied to perl scripts.
Solution - add FollowSymLinks for /cgi-bin in httpd.conf
(probably not such a hot idea for security)
another solution would be to copy the scripts instead of linking them.
4) I can't find any way to delete a playlist in the Admin section.
