Obs already has a local mode that invokes freeamp in the mpg123
compatibility mode. If you launch obsd with the -l flag it will go into
local mode and not transmit to the net. This however, does not give you
control over advancing to the next track, which is not really cool.

A better solution is to have obsd broadcast via RTP/multicast and then
invoke freeamp like this:

freeamp -ui mpg123 rtp://225.2.1.5:4420

This is a text only interface and it keeps on playing...
