Moving the track out of the directory is definitely the right start. You
can later on add this track using SubmitTrack.pl and giving the metdata
on the command line with the -a -l -n arguments.

For the next release I will switch to using the ID3v1/ID3v2 modules that
are in CPAN, rather than the modules that I wrote several eons ago. I'm
sure the modules on CPAN are better maintained that mine...
