Ok, this is really strange. Does it simply exit when you run it with
obsd -n -d ? If it encounters some problem it will print a message to
stderr -- if you are piping the output to more or less you might've
missed the message.
Are you running obsd from the installation dir after you've done a make
install? Doing a make install is essential before running obsd.
Is your machine on publicly available network? If you give me access to
your machine I'd be willing to log in and determine the problem... (That
is if you're willing to let a complete stranger into your machine)
