You need to download and install the "Tag::MP3" package which is here: http://tagged.sourceforge.net.  I had the same problem, and after installing this, all was sweet.

One problem I noticed with this version I have is CleanUp.pl, nor
AddFiles.pl will run-- I get
"Can't locate MP3/Tag.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .)
at ./AddFiles.pl line 29.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./AddFiles.pl line 29."
I'm no good with perl, so I don't really know what it is telling me besides
it can't find something.
I downloaded the latest release and copied AddFiles.pl and CleanUp.pl from
it into my tools directory; those older versions work fine.
