[obs-dev]CVS Changes

Hi,
  I've been running a CVS version of Obs
since December 13. I was just wondering if 
there had been any major changes to the CVS
trunk.  Should I upgrade or has it pretty
much remained the same.  

If I should upgrade, is it easy to do without
loosing all of my database info?
