[obs-dev]getting to icecast

Hi,
Does anyone else have any trouble getting to developer.icecast.org?
I cannot get there at all, and I can't get to icecast.org at all either,
they both time out.
My ISP tells me that icecast appears to have "massive network problems" but
I am not so sure. It sounds like everyone but me can get there fine. Can
anyone confirm this?
