[obs-dev]Problem with 'Next Track'

I must have something misconfigured... when I click the "Next Track" link I get this error:   Cannot connect to localhost:4420.  That happens whether I'm running it on a crowser that is on the linux box or a separate client.  What have I done wrong?   Thanks,   Bill
