The difference between 'add albums' and 'add tracks' is that in 'add album' mode, when the dj adds to the playlist, it puts a whole album on. This is designed for us purists who think that music is meant to be listened to in the context of an album. The ability to recognise track lengths was a feature added to AddFiles.pl and Update.pl (you'll have to check the options for this), so you might need to use one of these to scan your mp3 collection. There have been a few mp3s that appear to play normally in freeamp, and obs, that for somereason are 'corrupt' and show wildly innaccurate times.
