Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what might be up with a system
showing the following output from vmstat:

 kthr      memory            page            disk          faults      cpu
 r b w   swap  free  re  mf pi po fr de sr m0 m1 m2 m1   in   sy   cs us sy id
 0 0 0      0     0   0   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0 1197 18421 930  7 15 78

Notice all them zeros. This is a T5240 running Solaris 10 and several
zones, databases and the like. And it's essentially frozen; most commands
take minutes and I suspect I'm going to have to toggle power at some point.

Still, I've never seen vmstat output quite that bad. I suspect something has
run amok in an interesting manner. I'm having trouble getting anything
out of the box, it's that bad. (But swap -l says I'm not swapping.)
