this is not a terrible idea. i'm not sure how we'd do it at present as
we don't have anywhere to store this, but i'll think about it.

and time zones. We spend some time figuring out why alerts were
suppressed and by who.
Would it be possible to add a comment on a suppression action? Kind of
a “operator event log” in Observium, correlated to devices and users.
