same problem - reverted to 12898 and polling is working again.

Since 2 days the APP polling at port 36602 doesn’t work anymore. No
device is working.
I tried to telneting the target over cli and it gaves answer on 36602.
Tcpdumping on a target there are not requests coming from observium.
We are using Revision 23.7.12902.
Does anyone else having also some troubles?
