Hi,
at first for all readers of ML, we do not know and not discuss what
happeningin any other NMSes.
About notifications in Observium, you should check that you Telegram
contact correctly received test notification(s).
From cli run debug notification (contact_id is number for contact you
can see on contacts page):
./test_alert.php -d -c <contact_id>
If test alerts send correctly, check that this contact associated with
Alert checker (show screenshot with contact association).
And at last point you can test exactly alert notification, from cli run
debug command:
./test_alert.php -d -a <alert_entry>
Where alert_entry is number for specific alert, you can see it in url
for for specific alert (click to (i) icon at right of the alert row).
Yah, I know this is not intuitive, will improved in future.
You can send debug output for previous cli commands to me, I will look
if there is troubles.

We are facing device up down status will be not sending telegrams. As
we are seeing device is up but, in the alerts, it will be not showing
up showing status failed. I think issue with my switch, but it is up &
working with LibreNMS properly. Anyone knows what the issue of it is.
