[Observium] Re: repeated recovery messages

I disable polling for a device, wait for the automatic polling to finish, 
enable the device again, run the poll manually. Then there are no recovery 
messages. I have done this several times on several devices. If the device is 
polled by the poller-wrapper in the normal cycle, the messages appear again.
