we started using Observium a while back (Observium CE 24.4.13528). I want to
receive notifications within our Team in case of issues, so I created a webhook
in Teams and added it in Observium under contacts. However, when I perform a
test with `test_alert.php`, I get the error message '400 Bad Request' with the
error 'Summary or Text is required'. I've read a lot about this issue, but I
haven't been able to resolve it. I'm not very skilled at debugging, but I did
test with Webhoo.site, and that works. Also, when I run `curl -H "Content-Type:
application/json" -d '{"text": "Hello"}' https://xxxxxx`, the "Hello" message
arrives in the Team. So why does it fail with `test_alert.php` (and also with
the alerts)?
