We are encountering the following issue and would like to request a new feature 
to address it.

Problem:
We have several alert checkers, such as "interface down," configured with 
time-based conditions for office hours (08:00–18:00) and with "send recovery 
notification" option enabled.
This results in a recovery message being sent at 18:00, even if the interface 
is still down.

Proposed Solution:
To resolve this issue, we suggest moving the time restrictions from the alert 
checker to the contact settings.
Specifically, we propose adding the ability to configure time and weekday 
restrictions directly in the contact settings (e.g., for email contacts). These 
settings could mirror the time and weekday conditions currently available in 
alert checkers.

For example:

Time: between 08:00 and 18:00
Weekdays: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
This feature would allow us to better manage notifications and avoid 
unnecessary recovery messages outside office hours.
