    hi.

Yesterday, we updated to a new version of the Linux operating
system, "Rocky Linux 9" and the observium version 25.10.14367
(rolling) . We adjusted the server's date and time according to
our time zone (GMT-3), and the php.ini file has `date.timezone =
    America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires`. However, Observium is still
    showing UTC time.

how we sync observium with time local?
