Dear Cllr. Thomas, I had a rather unpleasant experience at this site today. Some rather unsavoury characters insisted that they unload my vehicle today. I find this practice unacceptable. Being threatened, harassed and intimidated by a bunch of hooligans at the gate is unacceptable. May I suggest that a properly managed system of informal labour is instituted. Observatory, beware.
