Yee-ha! I only had to wait for 10 minutes before receiving a response from Helen Zille. Okay, it wasn't from the mayor herself - it was just an automated reply to acknowledge receipt of my email complaint but still, it's at least a response - that's more than I've received from most of the officials I've contacted regarding this issue.
