It reads that they must cough up almost 29 thousand rand in arrear rental by 2pm on 31/12/08 or close their doors. This notice is obviously from the landlord's (Zhauns) attorneys, Paddy pointed out that it is not from the court, so I don't know if they will actually close their doors today, but it is a start.
