perhaps he should try putting up a poster at the doggie park....

While on the subject, I think that students (esp. foriegn ones) should
be made aware of this issue.. I met some the other day that had a cute
puppy that they bought off someone on the street in Obs...While they
may see it as saving a dog from street life they often don't realise
that they are driving the theft of dogs/puppies.....
