Secondly, who is the female? Please engage as above. Finally, car guards. The business forum should pool their resources and employ a few car guards, properly screened, of course, instead of them scrounging from your customers. Rather pay a little more for a meal and a drink, than have to hand out loose change to a stranger on the street. I revert to a hand UP, not a hand out. Create employment, don't encourage begging. I have my own ideas about this, and before I divulge them, other opinions should be heard. Brian.
