At around half past six today, a man was looking into cars and crouching behind them in Oxford Road. He is fairly slight, not too tall, aged between late twenties to late thirties, kakhi coloured top, light coloured (caramel) skin. He watched one of the women residents unpack her car, crouching behind it as she took her shopping out of the boot. The ADT guard was in his hut at the time, and this woman was lucky enough to have her great dane with her. At the sight of the dog, he left. He disappeared down Darien Road. I think it is important to let women in the area know that he is around, and seeminly looking for an opportunity. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~
