I got this sms from ABSA today and thought I would pass it on. "ABSA clients are urged NOT to click on email requesting you to updateyour login details and password. These emails do not come from ABSA"
I have received 2 emails on my work email which I do not use for Internet Banking in the last 2 weeks. The first one was supposedly from Citibank and the last one was supposedly from ABSA. I ignored it because it came from Citibank and we do not have a Citibank in South Africa as far as I know and secondly because as stated above ABSA does not have my business email address. Scary stuff.
