Our policemen are doing a fantastic job, but when it comes to the justice
system I have no confidence, once these guys appear in court they are let out
on bail to continue their theifery

  Hi there

Last night at around 23h30 the police caught 2 young guys busy removing the
back wheel of my Golf in Irwell Street. There were 4 of them - 2 of them sat in
a White opal Corsa lite reg CY ..444 - the cops found my wheel nuts on the
ground with a ratchet lying under the car . Hopefully they have been caught
"red-handed" and will now pay the cost . I am WAY impressed with the police - 2
vans arrived within minutes and this mkorfning I had a sms from the police
station with my case number !!! way to go !!

Golf wheel theft in Crown st this morning (Tues):
My neighbour's rear wheel was stolen overnight. I saw it when I left
    for work this morning.
They left the nuts on the pavement.
They took one wheel and unscrewed the other, but either were disturbed
or could not get it off.
Sounds like the same guys, and obviously it's proving to be an
effective way to make some cash.
