His friend Ash Collins (0714377311 has threatened to go to a lawyer regarding this. There has been a lot of theft of drain covers, gutter covers etc in Obs lately, I know of Main Rd, Lwr Main and Station that are missing these, could you please get the responsible person to replace them as the open drains and gutters are a danger to pedestrians.
