i'm sure jack giloung was one of the 2 men insp nel stopped and
searched during last night's patrol.  the patrollers who were standing
nearby said he displayed a very bad attitude.  i came out of the uca
exhibition opening and insp nel was searching the tata they were
driving.  well done, insp for looking out for more stolen goods.  i
didn't see the face of the other man to be able to recognise him.
it's amazing they're out on bail already.
