i'm sure jack giloung was one of the 2 men insp nel stopped and searched during last night's patrol. the patrollers who were standing nearby said he displayed a very bad attitude. i came out of the uca exhibition opening and insp nel was searching the tata they were driving. well done, insp for looking out for more stolen goods. i didn't see the face of the other man to be able to recognise him. it's amazing they're out on bail already.
