  Hi

This is now nearly a month ago. Did anybody find out whether the owners gave
permission for the graffiti. I did report these artist as well to the patrol
vehicle.

    Hi Elsabe

I share your concern. David Raphael has been informed and I am trying to
get hold of the tenant of the building. Permission is required from the
property owner at least.

This is an enquiry e-mail via http://www.obz.org.za/ from:

It is 4pm on 20 March and at present there are kids busy with graffiti on
the white wall in Trill road, between Nuttall and Lower Main. They looked as if
they have been sanctioned to do, without any worry? Do they have permission.

I regard any graffiti, whether it is so-called "art" as unacceptable, we
already have such a problem with it.
